A gothic revival two-storey bank built in 1889 for the E S & A Bank and designed by the architects Oakden and Terry. This building is one of a small number of banks executed in the gothic style for the E S & A Bank, the only bank to adopt this style, because of the preference of its General Manager, George Verdon.
